Zelensky to Launch First Ukrainian Government Backed NFT
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that Ukraine will launch its first government-backed non-fungible token (NFT) collection. The proceeds from the sale of the NFTs will be used to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The NFTs will be based on iconic moments from Ukraine’s history and culture. Zelensky said that the collection will “celebrate our resilience, our strength, and our spirit as a nation.”
The NFTs will be sold through a dedicated website. The sale will begin on March 24, 2023, and will last for one month.
